1. Who we are

Charcha is a product of Passionfrut Technologies Private Limited (CIN U63999MH2025PTC443113, GSTIN 27AAPCP5630H1Z4), with its registered office at A 101, Madhu Ganesh Apartment, Mahim Road, Behind SBI Bank, Palghar, Maharashtra 401404, India. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Passionfrut Technologies, and “you” means the person or business using Charcha.

2. What Charcha does

Charcha shows how AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude describe and recommend your business and your competitors. Reports include visibility, position, share of voice, sentiment, the sources AI relies on, claims AI makes about you and suggested next steps.

AI assistants change their answers over time and from one conversation to the next. Our reports are a measured sample of what they said when we checked. They are information to help your marketing decisions, not a guarantee of how any AI will answer in future, and not legal, financial or regulatory advice.

3. Your account

• Charcha is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or for the business you represent.
• Give accurate details, including a working email and mobile number, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
• Only add companies you are authorised to track for, such as your own business or a client who has asked you to.

4. Free snapshot

The free snapshot is a one-time report with limited coverage. We may limit how many snapshots a person, email address or network can run, and we may change or withdraw the free snapshot at any time.

5. Plans, prices and payment

• Paid plans and their prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at 18%.
• Each company you track needs its own plan. Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance.
• Payments are processed by PhonePe. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
• We issue a GST tax invoice for every payment and email it to the billing address you give us. Add your GSTIN before paying if you want to claim input tax credit.
• If you choose UPI Autopay, you authorise us to collect the plan price each month through your UPI mandate. You will receive a notice in your UPI app before each debit. You can cancel the mandate at any time in your UPI app or from Billing in Charcha.
• If a renewal is not paid, tracking continues for 3 days and then pauses until you pay. Your past reports stay available.
• We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you by email at least 15 days before a change applies to your plan.

6. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a plan at any time from Billing. It will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered in our refund and cancellation policy.

7. Delivery of the service

Charcha is a digital service. Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, and your first report is usually ready within an hour. Nothing is shipped. Reports then run on the schedule your plan includes and appear in your dashboard.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell or publish Charcha reports as a competing service, or use them to mislead anyone;
• try to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or break the service, or get around plan limits;
• use Charcha to harass, defame or impersonate any business or person;
• upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.

9. Your content and our content

Details you give us about your business, including verified facts, questions and competitors, remain yours. You let us use them to run Charcha for you. The Charcha software, design, methods and reports are ours. While your account is active you may use reports inside your business and share them with your advisers, agencies and team.

We may use anonymised and aggregated results, which do not identify you as a customer, to improve Charcha and to publish general findings about industries.

10. Third-party services

Charcha relies on others, including AI model providers, PhonePe for payments, our hosting provider and our email provider. We are not responsible for what third-party AI assistants say about you, or for outages in services we do not control, though we will work to keep Charcha running.

11. Liability

We provide Charcha with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us for Charcha in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other customers at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where we can, we will warn you first. You can close your account at any time by writing to us. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email account holders at least 15 days before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction.
